DE GREEF EAST LOGISTICS SRL , hereinafter referred to generically as De Greef Logistics SRL , reserves the right to change and update at any time the content of this website, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use, without any prior notice. Therefore, please visit this section periodically to check the terms and conditions you have agreed to abide by.

1. Personal information

The user is responsible for all activities that occur by accessing the degreeflogistics.eu website. Greef Logistics cannot be held responsible for actions taken as a result of the user’s negligence regarding the security and confidentiality of personal data.

De Greef Logistics guarantees the user limited access, in his personal interest, on this site and does not give him the right to download or modify partially or completely the site, to reproduce partially or completely the site, to copy, to sell / resell or operate the Site in any other manner without the written consent of De Greef Logistics.

De Greef Logistics certifies that it will respect the rights conferred by Law no. 677/2001 regarding the protection of persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data, of Law no. 365/2002 regarding electronic commerce, as well as of Ordinance no. 130/2000 on consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts with subsequent amendments. These rights include (non-limiting enumeration):

1. the right to ask De Greef Logistics to confirm whether or not it processes your personal data, free of charge for one request per year;
2. the right to request De Greef Logistics to rectify, update, block or delete, free of charge, those data provided whose processing does not comply with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001;
3. the right to request that De Greef Logistics cease, free of charge, the processing of its personal data;
4. the right to ask De Greef Logistics to stop sending promotional messages.
   Any such request / notification will be given, signed and sent by the person registered in the database by e-mail to office@degreeflogistics.eu

In order to eliminate the risk that your data may become in the possession and misuse of third parties: De Greef Logistics guarantees the security of information systems.

Bank card data information (card number, expiration date, etc.) is not transferred or stored, at any time, on De Greef Logistics servers.

ANY ATTEMPT TO ACCESS THE PERSONAL DATA OF ANOTHER USER OR TO MODIFY THE CONTENT OF THE GREEF LOGISTICS SITE OR TO AFFECT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVER ON WHICH THE SITE RUNS, WILL BE CONSIDERED A FALSE ATTACK. CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AGAINST HIM OR THOSE WHO TRIED THIS FACT.

5. Procedure.

By accessing the De Greef Logistics website, using, visiting, purchasing services or sending e-mails to De Greef Logistics, the communication is made electronically, thus considering that the user agrees to receive notifications from De Greef Logistics electronically, including communications by e-mail or through announcements on the site.

The user cannot consider a reservation confirmed until he has received the confirmation by fax and / or email from De Greef Logistics.

6. Litigation

By using the site (visiting or purchasing the services), the user agrees that the Romanian laws will govern the above ‘Terms and Conditions’ and any dispute of any kind that may arise between the user and  De Greef Logistics. SRL . In case of possible conflicts between  De Greef Logistics SRL  and users, we will first try to resolve them amicably. If amicable settlement will not be possible, the dispute will be resolved in court, in accordance with Romanian laws in force.

7. Final provisions

Society  De Greef LOGISTICS SRL  reserves the right to make any changes to these provisions and any changes in site De Greef Logistics, structure or any other changes that could affect the site, without requiring any notification prior to users in this regard. Society  De Greef Logistics SRL  will not be held responsible for any errors that appear on the website for any reason, including because of changes, settings, etc., and is not responsible for the content, quality or nature of other sites which are accessible by links on the De Greef Logistics website, regardless of the nature of these links. For those sites, the responsibility lies entirely with the owners of the sites in question.
